A City Flower

While driving through the city, I noticed flower carts along the streets and wrote the following...

I see beautiful flowers on every street corner,

in so many different countries.

Amazing colors, shapes and sizes

amongst the local sundries.

Could it be that they signify

A beauty unable to be spoken?

A surprise, a refreshing, a love, 

and purchased with but a small token.

Only a glance as I drove by

and I still recall the beauty.

God made them out of his love for us,

and not merely out of duty.

Thank you God for surprising me

with a beautiful flower today.

You always know just what to do

to show me your love in a special way.

I want to say thank you for thinking of me;

for caring and loving me so.

For wrapping your loving arms around me

and never letting me go.

God thinks you are amazing!  He loves you more than words can say and before this day is over, my prayer is that you will see God's love in something around you and KNOW that God gave it to YOU!  I want to remind you that He created you for something special!  He loves you with an everlasting love. Jeremiah 31:3  God will NEVER EVER stop loving you no matter what!

FAVORED HOMES

Today we focus on cleaning the bathrooms of our homes!  Woohoo...good times right there!

We have always heard not to use dark paint in a room...well I did it anyway!  I hope you like it.  It is chocolate brown and it is in a very small bathroom as you can see.  If you are considering painting a room...I want to encourage you to have fun.  Dark colors are rich and fun to decorate with!
