I love this book and the challenge to change my thinking! But I also love this book as a mother raising two sons!!!
We ALL need adventure...but ESPECIALLY our boys (and husbands)! I recommend every man read it for sure!
This book REALLY inspires me to encourage my boys to LOVE life! It is anything but BORING!
I love Mark's view of the WILD GOOSE! Are you kidding me? He caused me to stop, look at my life and LOVE GOD and everything He's doing in my life...whether I understand it all or NOT!
You will experience circumstantial uncertainty... but there is another name for that season of your life...it's called ADVENTURE!
We don't have all the answers and that's okay. As we study "Wild Goose Chase" and transform our thinking... we will be able to pour into our husbands and children, encouraging optimism...no matter what your life's surprises are.
I hope you don't mind Mark, but I found a couple of photos of you I will be sharing this week...if that's okay : ) ! I love the story of you and your family packing up and heading to Washington DC to start a church. You had no idea what was ahead. You heard from God and accepted the ADVENTURE!
Mark is the real deal. The book is so amazing because he is sharing from his heart.
I do not have the space to put every story from the book on this blog...but I can encourage you to grab a copy and be prepared for a renewing in your life!
I have briefly touched on a couple of points in Chapter 1...I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts on Chapter 2...It just keeps getting better!
