Terrific Tuesday!

Alrighty...so at 9:00 last night, I was still trying to complete the "Monday Home Challenge"!  The master bedroom looks nice!  We should ALWAYS keep our master bedrooms clutter free / stress free.  You will sleep much better when your bedroom is in order. : )

SEEK THE FAVOR OF THE LORD!

There are just a few days left of 2009...let's challenge ourselves to make a resolution to read the Bible from cover to cover in 2010!  You can use a ONE YEAR BIBLE or any Bible you like. Personally, I wanted to start in Genesis & read through to Revelation.  I divided the number of pages in my Bible by 365 days in the year.  That gave me my daily reading goal.  I spent several days last year searching and praying for the right Bible.  I found a gorgeous Bible (Leather & Tapestry) at Books A Million - English Standard Version (ESV).  Remember this is THE book of your life.  Your VERY BEST FRIEND.  Forget Mastercard, you definitely don't want to leave home without IT! : ) Let's start TODAY....seeking the FAVOR of the Lord for 2010!  He hears our prayers... And we all know the verse, "you have not, because you ask not".

Dear Lord, Thank you for the examples you show us in your Word of people praying for FAVOR & You hearing & answering their prayers.  We ask for your amazing FAVOR over our families in 2010.  Please give us wisdom to be all that you desire for us to be in our homes. Thank you for your FAVOR over our relationships, our finances and our lives. We give you honor & glory, not for what you do, but for who you are. We love you Lord & praise your Name for FAVOR.
